About the Author
Les Robinson is a former social marketer who lent communication finesse to citizen campaigns against sand mining, freeways, landfills, and Sydney's only household waste incinerator (now closed). He is now Australia's most experienced and knowledgeable change facilitator and a consultant to government agencies and councils in areas such as health, sustainability, road safety, and emergency management.
